On October 12, 2024, on the SBTV YouTube channel, the Deputy Head of the Faculty for Academic and Research Work – Head of the Academic and Methodological Department of the General Staff Faculty of the Military Academy of the Republic of Belarus, Colonel Andrei Bogodel, stated while discussing how Belarus proposed the “Digital Pact” at the UN General Assembly session, which allegedly “thwarted attempts by some countries to seize global dominance”:

Lobbying. Yes, here it is, the building of a world government, and further on they include this very digital pact: where we will create all the artificial intelligence, and all the other states, kind of, but this implies that we are all collectively creating this entire artificial intelligence, and we all must comply with this artificial sense, this is like a digital dome, some sort of artificial intelligence, for which some countries have also prescribed certain algorithms.
