  • All complaints are taken seriously

  2. Independent Review
    • Impartial committee examines the complaint
    • No one involved in the complaint handles the review
  3. Investigation
    • Gather all relevant facts

    • Follow-up to ensure changes are made
  5. Publication on the website, information about complaint results
